Our in-house team of engineers and project managers manage and delivers the full scope of work, from electrical and instrumentation, pipework and fabrication and MEP to structural, construction management and maintenance, all under a single line of accountability.
We work from an 18,000 sq ft engineering and fabrication facility in Hull, purpose-equipped to build and test large assemblies under one roof before they reach site.

Off-Site Fabrication
Our 18,000 sq ft Hull facility enables our engineers, fabricators, pipefitters and electricians to manufacture, build and quality test large-scale projects on our site. Completing and testing the build under controlled workshop conditions removes risk before it reaches you, reducing on-site issues and downtime at final installation.
Controlled Delivery
We plan the work thoroughly at the outset, then manage delivery around shutdowns, live operations and late changes without losing control of scope, cost or programme. One team runs the whole job, so the plan holds from first engineering through to handover.
