Integrated Solutions
Where an integrated approach makes the difference
PEMEC provides an integrated engineering and construction service, combining early technical engagement, controlled off-site fabrication and directly managed site delivery. This gives clients greater certainty over safety, quality, programme and cost, with one accountable delivery route from initial planning through to final handover.
Industrial projects rarely fail on individual trades. They fail in the gaps between them, where scope is unclear, information arrives late and no single party is accountable for the whole.
PEMEC is structured to remove those gaps, taking responsibility for the full delivery route from constructability input at design stage through fabrication, installation, testing and handover. Clients deal with one delivery team and receive one line of accountability for the outcome.
Depending on the project, PEMEC can deliver any combination of the following as a single coordinated package:
- CDM Principal Contractor duties
- Electrical & Instrumentation
- Pipework & Fabrication
- Structural Fabrication
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
- Construction Management
- Turnarounds & Shutdowns
- Installation & Disinvestment
- Maintenance
- SHEQ Management
How PEMEC delivers it
Early technical engagement
Involvement before work starts allows constructability, sequencing and access issues to be resolved on paper rather than on site, reducing design, programme and installation risk.
Controlled off-site fabrication
Our fabrication capability enables assemblies to be built and checked in a workshop environment, improving quality, reducing site hours and minimising operational disruption.
Directly managed site delivery
Directly employed personnel give PEMEC control of labour, supervision, safety and workmanship on site, with every trade coordinated under a single delivery team.
Flexibility around live environments
Industrial work rarely happens on an empty site. PEMEC is set up to work around shutdown windows, live operating plant and changes to programme without losing control of the scope.
Assurance
Company accreditations

PEMEC holds ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification.
Workforce competence

Site teams hold current CSCS cards and CCNSG Safety Passports, evidencing competence and safety training across every trade deployed on site.
